1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Condition of the Item: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized Items: Personalized or customized products (such as monogrammed or altered items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.
- Non-returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item
